The Project

I have always been drawn to worlds that feel cinematic, delicate, and intentiona.

Old Hollywood, mid-century fashion, vintage magazines, Technicolor films, jazz records spinning late at night—all of these things carry a kind of warmth that feels rare nowadays.

FairyGirl is my way of preserving that feeling.

I wanted to create a space that reflects the beauty I find in older eras while still existing in the present. A place where glamour isn’t deemed ironic, and where femininity is expressive. Where art is allowed to feel emotional and sincere.

The imagery and writing I share here are deeply inspired by the softness and romance of the 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s. I love the visible effort of those eras — the elegance, the atmosphere, the attention to beauty in even the smallest details. Nothing felt rushed or disposable. Things were created to enchant.

In many ways, this site is less about nostalgia and more about carrying those feelings into modern life. Through fashion, music, film, photography, and personal writing, I hope to create something that feels comforting, dreamy, and timeless.
